Raymond Chan is now a VP, Responsible Officer of a global crypto exchange which is granted a \"deemed\" licence by SFC. He is the former CEO & Director of Metaverse Securities, an online securities broker and iFund, an online fund platform, both subsidiaries of 9F Inc., a Chinese fintech group listed in NASDAQ, and the OMO\/RO who holds Type 1,2,4,5,9 SFC license with virtual assets uplifted. He is also the former MD of the 9F Inc. since October 2018 and responsible for applying financial and virtual bank licenses in Hong Kong, Singapore, Lithuania and China. In his fintech role, Raymond is responsible for \"Tech Enabling\" businesses in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.<\/p>

In 2020, Raymond was selected as \"Leader of the Year\" by IFTA, he founded inMotion. Raymond is well-known as the founder of the first virtual banking, inMotion of CITIC Bank International. In 2017, he led the Bank to successfully obtain HKMA's approval of eKYC and changes of related laws to make it possible. Raymond has been working in the banking industry for more than 20 years and holding management positions in major banks. Ken Lo is CEO of AMTD Digital Media & Entertainment Group (NYSE: HKD). Previously Co-founder & CSO of HKbitEX \u2013 a virtual asset licensed institution including exchange, asset management and custodian businesses, operating under Hong Kong regulated, compliant framework. He was one of the early founding members of ZA International (subsidiary to Zhong An Insurance, 6060.HK) where he held the position of Head of Strategic Partnerships.<\/p>

Ken has diverse experience within the financial industry with expertise in digital transformation and Fintech strategies towards banking, insurance and consulting spaces, including working at HSBC, McKinsey, Ernst and Young Advisory. Ken is an active participant in the Fintech community, and currently serving as an adjunct assistant professor for the Master of Fintech Programme at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a guest lecturer at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and the University of Hong Kong. He is the Executive Council Representative of Hong Kong LPF Association & Convener of the Fintech Committee and Vice Chairman of Hong Kong Youth FinTech Association. Robert Lui is a partner of Deloitte China. Overseeing Deloitte's digital asset program in HK, Robert collaborates with industry stakeholders on wide-ranging projects including licensing, compliance review, and security token offering projects.<\/p>

In the past 20 years, he has led over 50 IPOs for companies listed on the HK Stock Exchange, while delivering auditing, internal control, digitalization, and M&A services to listed companies and growth enterprises. Robert contributes to the industry and society through his services to professional organizations and public sector bodies.
